With contributions from Governor Viscount Milner, numerous tables showing revenues, expenditure and other receipts, statistics and estimates, etc.

Presented to both Houses of Parliament by Command of His Mayesty. April, 1903."; British parliamentary paper [Cd.1552.]; London, His Majesty's Stationery Office, by Darling and Son, 1903; Folio (31,5 x 20,5 cm); Disbound; Collation complete - 115 pages, with large folding map of South Africa (Northern Section) (94 x 66 cm) shewing existing & proposed railways, with contributions from Governor Viscount Milner; Overall in very good condition. Disbound (extracted), but text block remains securelly bound along the whole spine. Text block with negligible waving, pages clear and very bright with slightly yellowing, no foxing. Page numbering by ink in upper right corner, a few sentences underlined in pencil almost invisible, otherwise no other markings or annotations. A sound copy.
