Illustrated with 69 in-text illustrations throughout and many diagrams, tables, formulas, extensive bibliography, and index. Including "Stamp battery practice in the Transvaal" (the account mainly based on information supplied by Mr. S.H.Farra M.I.C.E., F.G.S., M.I.M.E., of Johannesburg - Apendix B.).

Spine and extremities bumped, spine with a few minor discoloration dots. Joints and hinges are whole, strong and secure. Ex-library label with number to the upper left corner of the front board and label to the front pastedown. Text block/pages are clean and intact, no foxing or markings throughout, with slight yellowing, a few pages slightly dog eared. A sound copy.
